PerryOnline offer a full service facility to private clients for the secure storage of all personal effects, from papers, documents and books to furniture or private collectables and large items such as vehicles.

We offer five decades of experience in the removal, storage and delivery of goods from our depots near Stansted Airport and the M11, Sudbury, Suffolk, and Cambridge. This is supported by a state of the art on line, real time internet based system which allows you to see precisely what we are storing on your behalf – every item stored can be photographed and the photograph displayed in your web browser. You can access the system using your own secure User ID and password from any internet enabled PC or mobile phone. You can use our online system to select items from our store for delivery by us to your home or to any other address worldwide, or for collection from our depot by you or your carrier.

Storage, archiving and records management for business

Perrys have been in the logistics business since 1952.

Using the extensive experience we have gained over the years in the collection, delivery and storage of documents, publications, furniture and other items for business, we have now developed the Perry On Line Information system, which allows you to create and maintain a complete catalogue of all the items we are storing on your behalf. The catalogue incorporates an on line stock control system, which can store photographs of all items, quantities held and how packed, where located in our depots, and a full text description of each item. All movements in and out of our warehouses are recorded in a Stock transaction audit trail, incorporating your accounting references where appropriate (Archive box number(s), Job number, Purchase Order Number, Cost or Profit centre codes etc).

The system allows you to create picking lists, specify despatch addresses, delivery dates and collection details (whether by yourselves, a third party courier or haulier or by ourselves at Perrys). Orders for goods to be picked trigger automatic email notifications to our warehouse staff who then access the picking list on screen and extract the physical stock from the warehouse. When orders are ready for despatch an automatic email is sent to the originator of the order.

At any time the system can tell you how much storage you are using, and for what. As part of our service to you PerryOnline carry out regular stock checks, and of course you can request checks on specific items or locations at any time.

Services for executors

PerryOnline.info can provide executors of estates with a unique service.

Where properties have to be cleared prior to sale, but the furniture and other effects of the deceased need to be stored pending the granting of probate and finalising of the wishes or Will of the deceased and a number of parties have an interest in the estate, PerryOnline can catalogue, photograph and securely store all the goods until it is possible for final disposal to be made.

During this time interested parties can be given access via the internet to the complete catalogue where they can view photographs of all the items, and read full descriptions. When they are ready the executors can prepare schedules (“picking lists”) of the items for collection by the various heirs to the estate, or for delivery by Perrys to those heirs, including shipping bequests worldwide where necessary. Perrys’ close working relationships with the leading London and provincial auction houses can provide a complete service, from initial valuation to final disposal.
